CONFAB For Planners™ is a series of intimate, invitation-only and relationship-growing showcase events.

CONFAB shows are made up of qualified and active Planners as well as our Hospitality Partners (HPs), which include independent hotels and resorts, properties within smaller luxury brands, DMCs, Independent Production Companies, and more.

At CONFAB planners can comfortably craft and design their next meeting or incentive.  We ensure planners enjoy a vibrant environment where their time is not rushed, which allows proper networking and rapport building with our HPs.

CONFAB-Only Offers are exclusive booking offers made available to planners who attend our shows.  HPs are encouraged to bring an offer above anything available to the general meeting-planner public.  

CONFAB showcases are complimentary for meeting planners.  Our showcases are intimate by design, thus planner attendance space is limited and based on availability at the time of your registration.

WHY OUR EVENTS?

The CONFAB For Planners showcases were created by Planner, Hotel and Event Sales Professionals for Planner, Hotel and Event Sales Professionals.  Ours series of micro-trade shows are made up of speaker events, specialty luncheons, and reception-style showcases where business-fun is a focus.

Our goal is for our HPs and Planner Partners to increase their opportunities for group meetings and incentive business. It is through our events where new relationships are created and existing ones are enhanced.
